We offer a 1 year warranty on all hardware, electronics and we also provide full technical support. Please save your original shipping container for off-season storage or for warranty repair!

Q: What is the installation or setup time for your eDown LED down marker?
Victory Game Clock’s eDown LED down marker comes in two pieces: the display head assembly and the battery/pole assembly. It takes less than 1 minute to attach the display head assembly to the battery/pole assembly and you are ready for practice or game time.
Q: Is the battery rechargeable?
Yes, our eDown LED down marker comes with a rechargeable nickel–metal hydride (NiMH) battery and a ‘smart’ battery charger that automatically stops charging once the battery charging cycle is complete.
Q: How long does the battery last?
Our eDown LED down marker can be used for a minimum of 8 continuous hours on a full charge before you need to recharge it again. Just be sure to charge it up overnight before practice or a game and you are set for at least 8 hours of use.
Q: Do you offer extra batteries?
Yes, we do offer extra battery/pole assemblies if you have any concern about battery life. The battery is stored in the pole section of the eDown digital down marker. You can purchase extra battery/pole assemblies and have them fully charged as a backup.

Q: How easy is it to use your eDown LED down marker?
Very easy! There are only two switches: Power On/Off and Down Selection. Toggle the Power Switch to turn the eDown LED down marker ON/OFF. Press the Down Selection switch to cycle from First Down through Fourth Down. You’ll be using our eDown LED down marker in seconds once it’s in your hands.
